Panelist at AIX: Gas
Mostefa is Vice President, Energy & Chemicals and heads Nexant’s Gas group.  He has over 25 years’ experience of managing and executing gas and energy-related techno-economic projects throughout the world.  He has overseen and executed assignments for the development of local gas monetization projects and in support of LNG and cross-border gas pipeline projects.
Dr Ouki started his career with the Gas Exports Directorate of Sonatrach in Algiers and worked in Washington, D.C. as a consultant on gas development projects for the World Bank.  Prior to the formation of Nexant, he was with Bechtel and worked for the oil and gas engineering company Penspen.
