Ade has over twenty five years experience in corporate and investment banking.
He has successfully managed the origination and execution of financial advisory, capital structure and treasury solutions covering project financings, pre-export finance corporate-hybrids, and bridge financings for Oil & Gas and infrastructure project sponsors globally who are developing projects in Africa and also with corporates, national and international oil companies (NOCs/IOCs) and governments.
He is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and has an MBA from Cass Business School, City University, London.
