Dario is a policy analyst at Bloomberg New Energy Finance. His recent work focuses on policy changes in France, Germany, Spain and Italy, as well as the European Commission’s plans for an energy union. He has also worked intensively on the Climatescope project, in particular the Francophone countries of West Africa. Prior to joining BNEF, Dario worked for the German government in their renewable energy cooperation mission with MENA states and for a law firm advising project developers in France and Germany. He holds a master’s degree in International Energy from Sciences Po Paris and a BSc in Environmental Economics & Environmental Management from the University of York.
