AIX: Power & Renewables panellist – Seye Bassir, Investment Director at IFU

Bassir.pngSeye serves as Investment Director at IFU, which manages the Danish Climate Investment Fund – DCIF offers risk capital and advice for climate projects in developing countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America and parts of Europe.
Previous to joining IFU, Seye worked as a developer in thermal and renewable energy, as well as an advisor to infrastructure project sponsors. Seye has worked  in various renewable energy, ICT, power, infrastructure, and agribusiness initiatives in a career spanning the last 15 years.
He holds a degree in economics from the University of Ibadan, as well as an MBA degree from the University of Kansas, and has attended the Infrastructure in a Market Economy program at Harvard University.
Seye is a panellist at the Africa Investment Exchange: Power & Renewables meeting, 21-22 November, London.
