Dikko leads the growth strategy of Neoleum Energy, an E&P and midstream infrastructure development company focused on monetising stranded and flared gas in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Dikko was most recently Head of Gas and Business Development at Afren, a UK listed E&P company, which at the height of its success had a market cap of over $3bn. He was instrumental in key acquisitions from IOCs in Nigeria, gas commercialisation of stranded gas assets, as well as various funding initiatives.

Dikko began his 18-year international career at Credit Suisse, whilst his energy career started at Global Energy, in which he worked on the first indigenous owned and operated 120MMscfd barge mounted gas processing plant in Africa.

Dikko advises a number of companies on gas commercialisation including Yinka Folawiyo Petroleum on its Aje gas field, offshore Lagos, Gasol, and a small-scale LNG project serving power plants removed from the gas pipeline grid.

Dikko is a panellist at the sixth annual Africa Investment Exchange: Gas meeting in 2020.
