Minesh Mashru, Managing Partner, OM Capital

Minesh has over 12 years of experience in investment banking and private equity where he has executed, structured and negotiated more than 30 transactions across M&A and debt capital markets with a focus on infrastructure markets.

Minesh began his investment banking career at UBS Investment Bank in London before joining RBS Global Banking and Markets, where he advised on industry changing transactions such as the privatisation of Aena Aeropuertos, and the acquisitions of Gatwick Airport and the Channel Tunnel rail link (High Speed One). In the last four years he led investments for a private equity fund focused on emerging markets, undertaking investments in power, utilities, transportation, agriculture and building materials.

In aggregate, Minesh has had leading roles in transactions which have a cumulative value above $30bn across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He holds an economics degree from the University of Warwick, UK and is a CFA Charterholder.
