Richard Onyango is an Investment Director at EISER Infrastructure Partners, LLP and runs the Africa business from Johannesburg. He previously helped to establish Standard Bank’s Infrastructure Finance business in Nairobi and has experience in advising and arranging debt and equity financing for renewable projects in East Africa. Richard also spent 2 years as a project developer at Globeleq in London with a particular focus on power projects in Africa. He has previously worked as an investment banker at Bear Stearns in New York, First Africa Capital in Nairobi and ABN AMRO in London. He graduated from Cornell University in New York, USA in 2000.
