Orli is the CIO of Impala Energy. Impala Energy is a greenfield power development company looking to develop medium-sized, clean and renewable power projects in sub-Saharan Africa. Impala Energy was incorporated in 2015 by founding shareholders E.L.Rothschild and Pegasus Capital Advisors.

In her pervious role, Orli was the Managing Director of the Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund (EAIF) – the first dedicated open-end debt fund for sub-Saharan Africa.

Orli has over 18 years of professional experience in infrastructure and finance. In the past 10 years Orli was involved in the financing of over 35 infrastructure projects – 16 in the power sector – across 14 countries in sub-Saharan Africa.

Orli has also held strategy, project finance, corporate finance, and advisory roles at TASC – Ernst & Young and PwC.
