Onyi does strategy and business development for Seven Energy, a leading integrated Nigerian oil and gas company focused on gas development for domestic power and industry. At Seven, he was responsible for the acquisition and integration of the East Horizon Gas Company from Oando and assets in the Anambra Basin. Prior to Seven, Onyi worked at Goldman Sachs in M&A in New York, Johannesburg, and London, and Blakeney Management, a frontier markets investment fund focused on Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. He has an AB in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
