Dr. Sam Amadi has been the Chairman and CEO of Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) since December 22, 2010. He is an erudite scholar who obtained various degrees including (LLB) University of Calabar; (LLM & SJD) Harvard Law School and (MPA) Kennedy School of Government. He was a fellow at the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, the Edward Mason Fellowship in Public Policy and Management, Kennedy School of Government and Reginald Laws Fellow at Harvard Law School. He has numerous publications, has served in many institutions and holds Board member status in many associations including: AFUR, ERRA REEEP, UN-GEI.
