Fedja started his career at the finance department of Shell Services International. After a post-graduate study on economic and financial policies organized by the Erasmus University of Rotterdam and the Dutch Government, he joined the Foreign Economic Relations directorate of the Ministry of Economic Affairs where he dealt with Eastern Europe and Export Credit Insurance policies. He started working for the Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO) in 2005. After many years of working with African Financial Institutions, he currently works at the Infrastructure Manufacturing and Services department (IMS) where he focuses especially on African clients.
