Steve Cameron, Vice Chairman at the Business Council for Africa has confirmed his participation at the Africa Investment Exchange: Transport & Infrastructure at RSA House in London, 09 to 10 June 2016.
Steve trained at sea and ashore with the cargo division of Cunard Steamship Co, before joining the founding management team that over 20 years developed OT Africa Line, a specialist operator providing liner shipping, supply chain services, and terminal operations to and within Africa.
Now with 15 years as principal of Cameron Maritime Resources (CMR) and four years with RTI forensics, his business provides, business intelligence and due diligence studies; risk, safety and security consultancy and training for ships, logistics operators, ports and terminals; and a portfolio of technical consultants for incident investigations and dispute resolution for insurance companies and law firms.
Steve is a member of the Nautical Institute, Hon Company of Master Mariners, ICHCA, IMIF, and the UK Ports and Terminal Group. He is also vice chairman at the Business Council for Africa and a trustee of the Africa Centre London.
