Paul has been involved in sub-Saharan African infrastructure work for over 25 years and has extensive experience on a diverse range of projects within the energy, power, electricity, ports, airports and general infrastructure sectors. He has recently been engaged on market leading power projects in countries including Ghana, Uganda, Ethiopia, Kenya, Zambia and Tanzania.
Paul received his degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Manchester in 1987 and attended The College of Law – Chester in 1988. Paul qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales in 1990.
