Rebecca has over 30 years’ experience, acting as a lender, advisor, bond guarantor and equity investor in corporate finance as well as project and infrastructure finance, for global financial institutions.

She has worked in the UK and Europe (25 years), USA (2 years) and Australia (6 years) focusing on energy (including renewables), utilities, mining and transport. She has successfully raised several £ billion for over 40 infrastructure and energy projects and has led multi-disciplinary teams.

From 2014 to 2022 she acted as an infrastructure and corporate finance advisor to ministers and sector teams within the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) and when departments merged within the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). Since 2022 she has acted as an Independent Investment Committee Member for Eurazeo Infrastructure Transition Fund (EITF) with an ESG focus.
