Pauline is a Senior Project Developer at Wärtsilä Energy, a global leader in innovative technologies and lifecycle solutions with 76 GW of power plant capacity and 110 energy storage systems delivered to 180 countries around the world.

Pauline has 14-year experience originating, developing, investing and financing projects in the infrastructure space in Africa and Europe for companies including Proparco, Mott MacDonald, Enexus and Bank of Africa.

At Wärtsilä, Pauline develops markets in Africa and Europe to help customers find their optimal and most efficient path towards 100% renewable energy. She supports clients from origination to project development and deal financing, with capacity to take equity stake and fund development costs in projects.

Pauline holds a Master’s in International Management from ESCP Europe and City University London, as well as a Diplom Kauffrau from Wirtschaftshochschule Berlin.
