Youssouf is a Principal in the Energy Infrastructure group at Actis, where he is responsible for originating, executing and managing energy infra investments in the Middle East and Africa as well as investments in hydrogen and other emerging infra business models globally. Prior to joining Actis in 2020, Youssouf held roles with CrossBoundary, Boston Consulting Group, and Accenture Consulting.

Youssouf holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA/ID degree from Harvard Kennedy School, a B.S in Economics from Wharton and a BA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
