Dr Mostefa Ouki has over thirty years of experience in developing, executing, and managing natural gas and energy-related techno-economic projects throughout the world. He led numerous consulting and advisory assignments commissioned by governments; national and international energy companies; and international financial institutions. Mostefa worked closely with government and private sector policy decision makers on the funding of natural gas projects. He also executed and led several assignments on the planning and implementation of oil, gas and petrochemical infrastructure projects in key hydrocarbon producing countries in the Arab Gulf and Africa. He is presently involved in research work on the preparedness of gas exporting countries in the Middle East and North Africa region to address new international green regulations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
