Morag Baird is a senior infrastructure adviser in the mandate management unit for Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) at the European Investment Bank.
Dedicated to infrastructure and development she commenced in a UK engineering consultancy in 1990 and then joined the UK Department for International Development (DFID) in 2000.  Her broad infrastructure experience covers water, energy and transport and numerous overseas postings including in Sierra Leone and Ethiopia.
