During his 25 year career Steven has held senior management roles with a variety of international companies and has been responsible for planning, development and management of a range of companies in industry sectors such as construction, defence, security, oil and gas, logistics and natural resources, both the Middle East and Africa. Steven joined Lonrho in 2011 to build and lead the team on the structuring and development of Atuabo Free Port from the concept to the delivery of a functioning port.
