Bart is Investment Director at Kulczyk Investments, Poland’s largest Private Equity group (AUM c.US$4bn) with global investments in infrastructure, energy, power, metals & mining and real estate. Since 2011 Vice President (including 1.5 years interim CFO), then head of Corporate Finance (including IR) at Polenergia, Kulczyk Investments 100% owned Power Utility investment platform. Developing sub-Saharan Africa power investment thesis for Kulczyk Investments as well as looking at new technologies in the power sector. Prior to Kulczyk Investments Bart worked at Oaktree Capital Management (OCM), NM Rothschild and PwC.
Qualifications include: MBA Booth Business School – University of Chicago, Chartered Accountant (ICEAW – ACA), Association of Tax Technicians (ATT), SFA Corporate Finance Certificate. LLB Law with German Law Kings College London/Passau University. Bart is fluent in Polish and German.
