Florian has 8 years of experience in financial engineering and fundraising in renewable energies in Sub-Saharan Africa.

As a Director at Finergreen based in Nairobi, he has led financial modelling, PPA tariff negotiation, structuring and fundraising activities for numerous large-scale PV, hydropower, biomass projects as well as off-grid projects and platforms.

Florian also advised development partners and governments on economic and financial feasibility studies for on-grid and off-grid projects, supported PPP negotiations and built strategic policy documents regarding financing of electrification masterplans. He also has a strong command on the development process and technical aspects of infrastructure projects thanks to his technical background and numerous projects supported through the various stages of development
