Philip has over 30 years’ experience in the energy industry, including 20 years in advisory services, and has led numerous consultancy projects, advising international oil and gas companies, governments and financial institutions on strategy, gas pricing and tariffs, commercial negotiations, regulation, restructuring, valuation and transactions.
Previously he was a Director at Gas Strategies and at PwC (corporate finance) in London, and prior to that he worked in the oil and gas and industry for British Gas and Total. Philip’s experience includes projects in upstream oil and gas, gas market developments and restructuring, LNG projects, oil and gas pipelines and power projects across a wide range of countries including Cameroon, China, Egypt, Indonesia, Israel, Italy Kenya, Morocco, Mozambique, Nigeria, Russia, Sierra Leone, Spain, South Africa, Sudan, Ukraine, US and Venezuela.
