Chris is an electrical engineer with a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Oxford. As a co-founder of Aurora Power Solutions and a shareholder and director of two of South Africa’s first independent power producing solar facilities, Chris has a multi-layered knowledge of the industry from a technical, regulatory and financial perspective. Chris also co-founded the South African PV Industry Association, SAPVIA, and was its first Chairperson. He is currently the Chairperson of the SOLA Group, incorporating SOLA Assets (previously Aurora Power Solutions) and SOLA Build (previously SOLA Future Energy).
