Alan has worked for the World Bank Group for 20 years. He is currently a senior industry specialist with IFC, supporting investments in LNG-to-power, renewables, and electricity T&D globally.

He is trained in regulatory economics and has a deep understanding of power and gas markets, the LNG supply chain, and electricity generation and storage technologies.  At IFC his work includes development of midstream gas and LNG infrastructure including that related to FSRUs and mid-scale LNG terminals.
