Alexandra is the Deputy Director of Power Africa’s Energy Office based in South Africa. A career member of USAID’s diplomatic corps, she has covered regional environment and economic growth portfolios in El Salvador, Germany, France, and Kenya. Prior to USAID, Alexandra worked on land tenure in the Balkans and former Soviet Union at The World Bank. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida.
