An expert and senior consultant in renewable energy, Bolade is the Founder and CEO of Rubitec Group, BAS Consulting, and Bolar Pharmaceuticals. He has a B Pharm from University of Ife, Nigeria and an MBA degree from New York University.

Rubitec Group is an off-grid solar PV company, which recently commissioned its first solar hybrid mini-grid rural electrification project in Ogun State, Nigeria, supported by NESP, EU, GIZ, USAID-Winrock, and the Ogun State Government. Rubitec focuses on isolated and interconnected solar hybrid mini-grids, and Commercial and Industrial solar hybrid systems.
