A lawyer of over 20 years standing, Cephas has taken part in negotiating and structuring all the power-related transactions for Electricity Company of Ghana. A Notary Public and a member of the Ghana Bar Association, Cephas has worked in a renowned law firm whose areas of practice are corporate, investment, litigation and intellectual property law. He undertook research at the University of Ghana and taught briefly.
Cephas holds a first degree from the University of Ghana and Professional Law Certificate from Ghana School of Law. He holds a PGD in international law & sustainable development from the Institute of Social Studies, The Netherlands and a Masters in energy law and policy from University of Dundee, UK. He also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration.
Cephas is interested in the structuring of energy deals, corporate governance, investment and research.
