Charlie has worked in disruptive energy technology innovation or 15 years, for large power companies and with start-up technologies.   Edinburgh-based energy storage technology developer Gravitricity’s unique underground technology has very fast response, low levelised cost of storage and an exceptionally long lifetime.   Long-life energy storage technology is particularly relevant where new electricity grids are built out with very high renewable energy penetration.
