Chris is a Chartered Civil Engineer in the UK with more than 18 years of experience in hydropower, dam, and other hydraulic structure installations across Africa, the UK, and Asia-Pacific, at all stages of the project life cycle.  His recent experience includes the design, assessment, and implementation monitoring of hydropower projects, which has included taking a central role in the construction monitoring of 14 IPP small hydropower projects as part of the GET FiT Programme in Uganda.
