David is actively involved in designing and rolling out blended finance vehicles to catalyze financing for solutions to fight against climate change and foster clean, affordable and reliable energy in Africa. With more than 20 years of global experience, including a decade in investment and relationship management, David has a robust background.

His previous roles at the African Guarantee Fund (AGF) involved leadership in developing green finance guarantees and structured finance products. David holds an Executive M.B.A. from HEC Paris, a master’s degree from IAE Orleans School of Management in France, and a Certificate in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance. His fluency in English and French enhances his effectiveness in navigating international investment landscapes.
