Edward has over 18 years’ experience in finance at a senior management level in both public and private sectors. In his current role at the Electricity Regulatory Authority he provides strategic leadership in corporate and regulatory finance in the promotion of sustainable electricity supply in Uganda.

Edward is a Professional Accountant and holds an MBA of Edinburgh Business School–Heriot Watt University. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) – UK and Member of Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Uganda (ICPAU). He is a graduate of the Senior Management Leadership Program offered by Strathmore Business School in Nairobi Kenya and Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
