Erwin is the founder of Redavia, a leading rental solar power provider with a focus on East and West Africa. Prior to founding Redavia, Erwin was a director of Q-Cells’ solar farm construction business for the EMEA region. At Q-Cells, he led the development, financing and implementation of more than 150MWp of photovoltaic farms in Germany, France and the Czech Republic.

Previously, he was a consultant at McKinsey’s Brussels office, where he helped initiate the company’s sustainability and resource productivity practice and completed several strategy consulting projects in the European utility segment. Erwin studied business and international relations at the University of Virginia and holds a MBA (Finance, Marketing and Entrepreneurship) from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
