Farah has more than eighteen years of banking and corporate finance experience sourcing, advising, structuring, and negotiating billion dollars in debt capital solutions in the U.S., Latin American, the Caribbean, and African markets at financial institutions like the Bank of Nova Scotia, Citibank, and Merrill Lynch.

Prior to joining DFC, Farah originated and structured tax equity and project finance transactions with EDP Renewables North America, a major industry leader and developer.   Previously, she also served as a corporate finance strategist and consultant, and as an oil & gas senior banker across multiple roles, specializing in project financing and leveraged finance transactions, syndications, and some workouts & restructuring.

Farah holds a B.S. in Business and Economics with a double major from Lehigh University and an MBA from Rice University with emphasis in finance.
