Harry is the lead investment manager for the Off-Grid Energy Access Fund (OGEF), which is deploying local currency debt to support household energy access companies across Africa. He also provides investment expertise and strategic advice to a range of clients looking to develop innovative financing strategies, with a focus on renewable energy and financial inclusion.

Harry was an International Fellow at Columbia University in New York where he completed a Masters degree focused on international energy finance and policy. Through that programme, Harry advised the UNEP on clean energy access and enterprise development in Haiti and also advised a range of energy access impact investors.  He previously worked in microfinance investment with Developing World Markets and spent two years structuring municipal sustainable energy projects as part of the Clinton Climate Initiative’s London team.

Harry has a BA in Linguistics from Yale University.
