JP is a member of the project finance and development practice group at Latham & Watkins. He advises clients on a wide range of transactions in the energy sector, with a particular focus on oil & gas transactions in Africa. JP has advised sponsors and lenders in connection with the development and financing of a number of the largest and most complex LNG projects around the world, as well as in respect of the negotiation of LNG sale and purchase agreements.

He is currently advising Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and its partners on the financing of the Area 1 Mozambique LNG project.
