Joyce supports the activities of GH2 in Africa and provides coordinating support to the Africa Green Hydrogen Alliance (AGHA) to ensure that African countries have a strong voice in the global and regional policy dialogue on green hydrogen and large-scale renewable energy projects.
She has over 10 years of Africa-wide experience in international development. Joyce previously worked with RTI International where she supported the USAID-funded Power Africa East Africa Energy Program and with Oxfam International – Kenya.
She holds a master’s in international development economics & policy from Cornell University.
