Judith has spent the majority of her career working with multinational businesses, primarily in emerging markets, and brings to EXIM Bank more than 25 years of business leadership experience in corporate and marketing communications, public affairs, and business development. From Asia to the Middle East, Africa and Western Europe, and from international start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, her work has focused on the broadcast and satellite communications industries and international development finance.
Most recently, Judith served as Vice President, Office of External Affairs, at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). She was responsible for all external engagements, including congressional relations, public affairs, communications, and US small business development. She was a member of the executive leadership team and held a seat on OPIC’s Investment Committee, providing input on all projects valued at more than $20m.
Before joining OPIC, Judith spent nearly a decade with WorldSpace Inc, a multibillion-dollar satellite radio start-up company, servicing developing markets worldwide. As Senior Vice President for global corporate affairs, her work included establishing marketing and communications functions in 11 international offices, taking the company public, serving as corporate spokesperson, and spearheading the strategy and execution for the company’s global brand. She held similar positions with COMSAT and Orion Network Systems and has worked with respected advertising and public relations firms.
Judith began her career in the Washington offices of Gray & Company. She holds a BA in Communications from Bowling Green State University and studied at the Universidad de Madrid.
