Kathleen manages the strategic growth and pan-African operations of CrossBoundary Energy, Africa’s first financier for C&I solar. She develops CBE’s partnerships with public & private stakeholders across the industry, directs the daily operations of CBE’s distributed energy platform, and leads regulatory leads engagement on CBE’s pioneering business model.

Previously Kathleen was a project developer for SunEdison’s commercial solar division, managing portfolios of up to 20MW on the US East Coast. She has also consulted for Dalberg in Washington DC and Dakar.

Kathleen is an alumna of Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
