Mohamed is an Associate Director within GuarantCo’s Investment Team and is based in the London office. He joined GuarantCo in 2021 and is developing and executing GuarantCo’s business in North and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Prior to joining GuarantCo, Mohamed was a Vice President within the Structured and Project Finance unit at BMCE Bank of Africa in London where he was responsible for originating and structuring new opportunities. Mohamed started his career with HSBC and worked in Cairo, Dubai and London.

Mohamed holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, is a CFA charterholder and a leading member of the Impact Investing Group within the CFA society in the UK.
