Rachel Moré-Oshodi is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of expertise in infrastructure financing, energy, sustainability, and private equity. Her extensive career spans roles with top energy companies, investment banks, and multilateral organizations.

Rachel’s career began at AES Corporation, developing key electricity assets globally. She later worked with the Inter-American Development Bank, the International Finance Corporation, and then held senior positions at Rand Merchant Bank and TotalEnergies. She is currently the Managing Director and CEO of ARM-Harith, a private equity infrastructure and clean energy focused-fund in West Africa.

Rachel is a fellow of the Senior Executive Program, Africa, at Harvard Business School, holds a master’s degree in international management and entrepreneurship, an MBA in finance from the Darden, University of Virginia, and professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. She is fluent in English and French, and proficient in Spanish.
