Will advises Camco’s deal team on investment-related policy and regulatory issues and helps devise country and sector strategies for new investments. Based in the London office, he also contributes to the company’s business development and fund conceptualisation and formulation activities.

Prior to joining Camco in 2019, Will was director of GET FiT Zambia, a KfW-sponsored programme implementing the 200MW Zambian Renewable Energy Feed-in Tariff (REFiT) Strategy. Will also managed Triskel Africa, a project consulting and investment advisory services firm. Before moving to Zambia in 2014, he was a director in the energy practice at Eurasia Group, a political risk consultancy.

Will has written for The Economist, Financial Times and Foreign Policy. He has a Master of International Affairs from the University of California San Diego and completed his undergraduate studies at James Madison University. He also holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst certification.
