Zackarie focuses on the development of small-scale LNG supply chains in Africa and Asia. Prior to this position, he played an instrumental role in the development of the Stolt LNGaz liquefaction project in Montreal, Canada.

He graduated from University of Ottawa with a Bachelors of Commerce and is a CFA charterholder. Zackarie is a UK resident and a Canadian citizen.
