Tracey oversees structured and project financing transactions worldwide.  Her experience includes financings in Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.  Her transactions span across most infrastructure areas including oil and gas as well as asset backed securitizations, and other international nonrecourse financings.  Tracey has over twenty five years of experience in financing, credit, and lending as a commercial banker and as a financial guarantor.  Previous experience includes commercial banking at Union Bank of California and consulting work at Peat, Marwick and Mitchell.
