Charles is part of the leadership team of CrossBoundary Clean Power, which provides project finance advisory services to a portfolio of over 2GW of IPPs and PPPs across Africa. Services include capital raising, financial modelling, structuring, and negotiation support to both early and late stage projects.

Prior to CrossBoundary, Charles worked for Bloomberg New Energy Finance, the corporate finance team of an international logistics company focused on last-mile logistics in Africa, and Northern Trust’s Asia Pacific alternative investments practice based in Hong Kong.

He is a former Marine Corps infantry officer and combat veteran. Charles holds a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
