Gibbs has nearly 20 years of experience working on energy and infrastructure projects, including a significant period of time working in the electricity sector in Africa. He has worked on behalf of project developers, equity investors, governments and lenders, including multilateral and bilateral development financing institutions, export credit agencies and commercial banks.
His experience covers advising in relation to all aspects of project development, including risk allocation, negotiation of commercial contracts and financing.
Gibbs graduated from Harvard Law School in 1998, and is a member of the New York Bar.
