Deputy editor Marc Howard’s journalism covers the African energy space, including transition minerals, upstream and downstream, power projects and commodities. He also writes on commercial and industrial power projects, particularly in the mining space.

Marc also carries out an array of consulting work for clients including investment houses, listed companies and international organisations. He has a strong track record in due diligence and market entry work, advising investors on prospective ventures across the continent, and has experience of working in several southern and eastern African countries.
