Pradeep joined Shell Foundation in early 2010 to run the organisation’s expanding clean cookstoves programme, following three years in Strategy and Portfolio for Shell Group. In 2012, he became Deputy Director (COO) with responsibility for operational management of all programmes and strategy development for Shell Foundation’s future investments. Through previous roles Pradeep has built extensive experience working and scaling start-up enterprises and in defining corporate strategy for major multinationals. A Chartered Management Accountant, Pradeep also has a degree in International Business Management and a passion for entrepreneurialism and social development.
