Sadio joined Actis’s Energy Infrastructure team in 2019. He started his career in mergers and acquisitions at Nomura in London where he covered financial institutions across EMEA for four years. He worked on transactions involving banks, insurers and asset managers in France, Greece, the Netherlands, Eastern Europe and Northern Africa. After Nomura, he spent three years working with Nekton Group, a London-based energy-focused family office investing in special situations across emerging markets.

Sadio holds a Master of Science from ESCP Europe (Grande Ecole Programme). He also has an MBA from The Wharton School and a MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
