Tom is a project development and finance partner in the London office of Bracewell LLP.  Tom advises developers, financial investors, banks and multilaterals on all aspects of the project cycle, from structuring and negotiating the commercial contracts through to financing, refinancing and divesting the relevant assets. His practice focuses on power and low carbon projects throughout the EMEA region, with particular experience in relation to African transactions.
