Audrey is the Deputy Managing Director of Falcon Corporation Limited, a company which she co-founded with her husband in 1994. Falcon Corporation Limited is a leading wholly indigenous midstream and downstream energy, gas distribution & trading company.

An accomplished professional, Audrey holds several Masters’ degrees in finance, marketing and business administration from the Lagos Business School, University of Nigeria and Nnamdi Azikiwe University; as well as executive certifications in management, leadership and governance from Harvard Business School, IE Business School; and an ongoing advanced management certification program with IESE Business School.

Audrey was the President of the Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) until 2021 – the umbrella association and voice for businesses and professionals involved in the Nigerian gas industry, and a chartered member of the International Gas Union (IGU). She was the first female President of the NGA in the Association’s history.

Audrey is a Fellow of the Energy Institute (FEI), the chartered professional membership body of global energy experts. She is a founding member of Women in Energy Network (WiEN), a member and global role model for Women in LPG (WiNLPG) Nigeria chapter. She is a member of the NCCF Diversity Sectoral Working Group of the Nigeria Content Development & Monitoring Board (NCDMB).
